All teams have now confirmed their driver line-ups for the 2003 season, although some testing slots are still open.
With effect from Round 12, Antonio Pizzonia replaced by Justin Wilson at Jaguar; Nicolas Kiesa filled Wilson's seat at Minardi.
In Rounds 13 and 14, Zsolt Baumgartner stood in for Ralph Firman who suffered a massive accident in Saturday free practice at Hungary and remained sidelined by an inner ear imbalance at Italy.
In Round 14, Marc Gene replaced Ralf Schumacher who withdrew on Saturday morning, still suffering the effects of a high-speed accident in testing.
Having been dropped by BAR for 2004, Jacques Villeneuve withdrew from the final race of the season, leaving Takuma Sato to take the seat a race ahead of schedule in front of his home crowd.
